Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person at our office. A valid passport is required for reservation.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be settled 5 days prior to departure.

We are pleased to inform you that we offer a wide range of payment methods for your convenience. These include cash, cheques, bank deposit, pay orders, bank drafts, remittances, bank transfers, as well as transactions via credit and debit cards. To cater to our international clientele, we accept all major currencies such as EUR, USD, SAR, KWD, AED, CNY, AUD, AND PKR. We also accept other global currencies to ensure a seamless payment process for all our valued customers.

Package Exclusions

The cost of personal things like gifts, phone calls, washing clothes, and tips are not part of the package.

Travel insurance is highly recommended but not included in the package price.

Required vaccinations are the responsibility of the pilgrim.

Kindly note that additional charges may be incurred. These could be in the form of taxes levied by your departure country or imposed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made due to force majeure events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or flight cancellations.

In the event of cancellation, any issued Umrah visa fees will be deducted from the refund amount as per our cancellation policy.

In the event of cancellation, if the ticket is refundable, the refund amount will be deducted from the package cost as per the respective airline’s policy. However, if the ticket is non-refundable, the full ticket amount will be deducted.

Amendments

Changes to your booking, such as travel dates or room type, may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Health and Fitness

Umrah requires physical exertion. Please ensure you are in good health and physically fit to undertake the pilgrimage.

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please consult your doctor before booking.

Code of Conduct

Pilgrims are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to Saudi Arabian laws and customs. Inappropriate behavior may result in denial of Umrah or even deportation.
